Bates Group engaged Wylie Creative with a number of marketing communications needs. As a growing company, gaining a solid reputation in the industry, it was clear that their overall branding and website needed to be refreshed. As the project progressed additional elements were added, including new print colateral and environmental graphics.
Wylie Creative worked closely with the Bates team to apply the branding refresh to a new website and print collateral. Special attention was given to the website Expert Search functionality which allows visitors to quickly identify consulting and testimony experts. The website was custom designed and coded using responsive design techniques.
A quick glance at the old Bates Group logo reveals a number of challenges in readability and reproduction. The first step of this project was to refresh the old logo and present a new vision that would maintain a level of recognition in the marketplace while addressing the main challenges. The new logo carries over the main geometry but is refreshed with clean and simple forms to allow the logo mark to reproduce across a variety of mediums to maintain clarity.
